We are currently offering Free Shipping in the United States with orders over $100.00.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but regret that we cannot offer a money back refund. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. You may cancel your order as long as the order status is “in process”. If order status is “shipped”, it cannot be canceled.
No cash refunds will be issued. Gift Cards, Spa Treatments, Spa Packages, are non-refundable.

If you are having trouble color matching for foundation, let us help! We understand that it can be challenging when shopping online so e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know that you’re having trouble color matching your skin tone. If you can include a photo, we’ll be happy to help you find the right color.

You should return the item to us within 14 days of your purchase date.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used. Opened items are Non Refundable/Non Returnable.
All returns are subject to inspection.
Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.
There is a $10.00 restocking fee for returns per unused item.
Prior authorization is required on all returns.
You must obtain an RMA# by contacting customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any returns sent to us without an RMA# cannot be accepted.
Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense or destroyed by us at customer’s request.
